I'm having problems germinating seed for Fuchsia magellanica that I rec'd
about 2 months ago.

Originating from temperate South America, does the seed require 2-3 mths.
stratification?   My usual method for germinating fuchsia, 3-4 weeks humid
with bottom heat has yielded no results.

Any suggestions?
