For a good start on seed sources of relatively common plants, I'd start with:

I know this supposed to be just about propagating, but forgive me.  If they
don't have it, go to a public garden with plants and ask permission to
collect seed.  I usually give permission to folks to do that here, if they
want a reasonable amount to start stock blocks, etc.
