several weeks ago I made a query about rooting various passiflora
cuttings & several said that they could be simply rooted in water as
slips. well I tried 8" cuttings of new growth of four different kinds
including p. quadrangularis & p. edulis. All but quadrangularis have
withered & died, & quad is alive but showing no signs of rooting.
ideas?
while Im firing off questions, I also have an unnamed species of acacia,
6" long by 1/4" leaves, growing in 5 gal buckets. Will greenwood
cuttings of these root? maybe a little hormone?
