Terry-
I've never heard of freezing the seeds. It took me three years of
trials to get successful germination. What I do is sow them warm 70
(Deg) F for 3-4 weeks, then refirigerate for 3 weeks, then bring them
back to 70.
As they are perennials, and probably won't flower for 2 years, I'd sow
them anytime between now and May.
Let me know how freezing works.
