Hi Nan,

I searched for dragon fruit in Dr.Mizrahi's home page.
There are detailed pitayas.

But I dont know growing method of pitaya in wet subtropical 
like Okinawa and post harvest handling,etc. 
There are about 2000Ha cultivation of dragon fruit in Vietnum.
But I dont have hand book,textbook or other information about it.
I have only Formosan pamphlet written by chinese character.
