Personal Chat is not proper- LISTOWNER



Personal chat is not proper for this mailing list.  Yes, I can hit the
delete button but I can also dictate how this mailing should operate.  I
have seen allot of personal chat on queries which do not benefit my
subscribers.  I consider this unnecessary use of bandwidth. If you want
to make a comment to the author of a post, then submit your reply to the
author, "not the mailing list".  Look at the address before you send it.
Ask yourself, "Will my comments benefit the subscribers of this
mailings?" 

If you want to have a chatty mailing list, join Gardens.  

I will not monitor this mailing list like other lists, but I might
delete you if the rules are not followed.

Discuss propagation and reply to the questions supporting propagation. 

This mailing list is provided to educate members on the  techniques of
propagating plants. You can address any type of plant propagation such
as; seed germination, leaf/root cuttings, hardwood cuttings and the type
of equipment or chemicals used to achieve propagation.  

The goal of the mailing list is to provide an avenue to educate members
in successful propagation techniques. The mailing list will not be
limited to any specific family of plants. 

Please stay in the scope of the mailing list.
