Try also Mr Fothergill's Seeds both for pansies and for the excellent
Coleus Black Dragon. I have to say, though, that by far the best coleus are
from cuttings.
MrF export from the UK, making a flat charge of £2.00 for airmail postage
outside the UK but in the EU, and £2.50 for the US and *anywhere* else. You
can contact them on 01638 552512 (phone) or 01638 751624 (fax), they also
have a rather poor website, complete with a picture of last year's
catalogue (!) at http://www.oxalis.co.uk/fother/fothcat.html Be sure to ask
for all three catalogues, although their young plants and seedlings are not
available outside the UK mainland.
