I have successfully germinated asparagus fern seeds this winter - twice. I
used seed from my own plant for one, and the other was purchased from SBE
Seeds. I used the same method - warm bottom heat, and almost gave up the
first time. I think it took about a month for the sprouts to show up. The
second time I was prepared to wait, and it took about the same length of
time. So just be patient - they'll show up if kept moist.
