I am not sure of the name 'Dame's Rocket', but if this is the one also
called 'Sweet Rocket' or 'Dame's Violet', botanically Hesperis matronalis,
then: This seed is not in the least fussy or difficult. It is
long-lived and can be planted as you would impatiens, petunias,
snapdragons, or anything simple: On top of the seedling mix, 70 degrees,
do not exclude light. Frequently self-seeds for me.
