Does anyone have experience of germinating this?
Tom Clothier's tree and shrub germination database recommends 5
months at fluctuating temperatures of 68F night-time and 86F day-time
followed by 3 months at 39F and finally 70F for germination whereas
Deno reckons it germinates 90% at 40F in 9-12 weeks.
I suppose the obvious thing to do is to try half of the seed each way
- but it's odd that there's such a difference in what they recommend.
Any thoughts?
