Newsgroups are located on http://www.dejanews.com I dont care if you ask for
a seed source, I just would like to see a propagation process to go with it.
It might take you awhile to get a response from the newgroup.

Example:
Subject: Aconitum
Can anyone provide me a seed source for the subject plant? The propagation
methods is as follows:
Sow seed 1/16in (1.5mm) deep in pans of seed compost, do not cover seed as
light is beneficial. Either pre-chill in fridge for 6weeks or place against
a north wall out of doors for the same time. Then take into a warm greenhouse
or propagator. etc...
