Karen,
I've similar problem, I bought mock-orange seeds from an on-line seed
company and they put a label on it : "need 60days of cold treatment".
I'm living in tropical country so I put it in my refrigerator for 60 days,
after that
I try to sow it outside, and it came to nothing.
anyone can help ?
Thanks,
