I've found that small paper envelopes work better than plastic. The plastic bag can retain any residual moisture in the seed and can cause seed to get moldy. Paper lets them breath. I got a box of 250 at an Office Max and they were quite reasonable. It's amazing how quickly you can go through these. I always have envelopes with me, you never know when you will find a ripe seedhead calling your name! Ginny
