Ostrowskia magnifica

I got some Ostrowskia-seed from SRGC,where does this plant grow wild?
and how should i sow them and proced with the seedlings,please help me!
I`m realy enjoing reading this mail-list.
About cleaning seeds-I filter the most of my seeds in a progressive sieve for aquarium fish-food ,and then I rotate the remaining seed in a electro-static loaded plastic cylinder to get rid of the remaining dust that is left with the seeds,this works well  if the seeds isn´t to small.
