well just the raccons ans the stink- man dead fish realy stink!!!!
So if you do bury them make sure you cover them good.
I would not plant right over the dead fish though - the rotting corpses will
not do the roots much good.

If the pond has a lot of "weeds" in it --they make a much better fertilizer
than the dead fish.
