Last year I tried a new system for sowing the really tiny, tiny, tiny, seeds.
I purchased some sand and sterilized it really well. Then I used a pinch of
the sand mixed with the tiny seeds and gently broadcast the seeds into my seed
pans. It was the first time that I actually had foxgloves germinate all over
the seed pan, instead of just in one corner with everyone lying on top of each
other. Works great for petunias also. Donna Adams in Detroit, Michigan Zone
