Dictamnus fraxinella = sow seeds in a bag with a small amount of damp medium,
leave at room temp for 10 days, then put in the fridge for 4 weeks, then sow
in a pot and keep at 60F. what ever does not germinate after 5 weeks return
to the fridge and keep an eye on the plants as they germinate in the fridge.
