I know I've seen European Zone maps somewhere, but can't recall exactly where.  However, extrapolating from the European map shown in Exotica, I would hazard a guess that the climate would fall at about USDA Zone 6 +/- a zone depending upon exactly where she is located.  The Ukraine is predominantly a grain growing region, so again, it might be similar to the US Midwest.
