Marty, I am truly sorry for your trouble and I'll say no more off subject
but. 

After 25 years of smoking and trying desperately to quit I went to a
trained professional hypnotist to quit. Since then I've sent 17 of my
employees with the deal I'll pay if you start again you pay me back. 14 of
17 quit smoking.
