Bristol Fairy's Breath, being a sterile plant, needs to be propogated by
cuttings. Would I have more success rooting the cuttings if I take some
now when they are young and not forming flower heads yet, or, if I wait
and take cuttings from the side of the fully developed bush? Please
help me to do this successfully! Gwen (zone 2b, prairies)
