Have you ever been on a mailing list which is monitored? Should
I make this mail list a monitored maiing list and only post what 
I feel is per the scope of this mailing list?  

"I don't"... so help me out alittle.  Just a few people will turn me the
wrong way and the list will be a monitored list.  This is an "open
mailing list" and I want to see your postings.  I need to keep you
focused
on propagation not "cat poop" as you all remember.   If I see something
which I feel could cause a large thread, I will jump in and request we
move on to a different thread.  I will be kinder, gentler, person next
time....
make me sick.....I will work on it....honest..

So slam me if you want, but please move on to a different thread.

Remember I pay for this mailing list.   I was just like you until I was
educated about mailing ownership and I spoke up and yelled and
screamed at the list owner for which I am sorry.  This is why I created
this list.  The other mailing list is monitored because of the unrealted
threads and I dont want this to happen to this mailing list.

So give me some room sometimes.
