I have grown Asclepias incarnata, A.curassavica, A. tuberosa from
seed. I stored A.incarnata & A.tuberosa in the fridge for a while. I do
not know wether it's necessary . I don't think it's needed for A.
curassavica. I don't have A.incarnata now, it doesn't do well here.
Maybe too hot. It's supposed to be native , but I have yet to see it. A.
tuberosa is slow to grow to decent size. A.curassavica does well but is
short lived, starts from cuttings easily.
I tried once to cross A.incarnata & A.tuberosa .I had seedlings
that (maybe}looked intermediate but lost them overwinter, maybe dug up in
spring before greening. The flowers are difficult to work with, so how
do I try this again when I get more A.incarnata.
