Hello Jose,
I'd say about 3 to 4 years from rooting to flowering sounds about right.
Some Lilies, especially the Asiatics, are very vigorous and will bloom the
third year after scaling. You can probably get at least 10 scales from each
bulb, if not more, so try 5 bulbs. Make sure you keep the scales aligned in
the same direction they were on the bulb (i.e. sticking the scale base down
in your propagating mix), because this is where new roots will form. A mild
rooting hormone powder helps, too.
