Mark, Thank you kindly for the information. I have never found a source
for the Romneya seeds, so haven't tried them. My experience with Romneya
was not successful. After growing for 3 years, starting with a 4" pot, I
decided that there must be some offsets from the original plant that I could
harvest while they were dormant.....HA! It was one gigantic woody root (as
big around as a 5 gallon pot) with a tap root that was headed for China. Of
course I mangled it badly and it never sprouted this spring. I try to
console myself by saying it took much space anyway :( Marilyn
