Re: daylily seeds


When using polyethylene bags (most common type of plastic for such bags) water is excluded from diffusing through the plastic, but oxygen diffuses through the plastic almost freely.  An air space inside the bag is all that is required to ensure adequate oxygen flow to most seeeds.
