We just germinated Arisaema (triphyllum) too.  After we saw the radicle
develop, we put them in cell packs.  A single leaf has shown on most of
them, and as soon as we see the roots near the bottom, we plan on moving
them up to either quarts or 5 pints for the Winter.

At the meeting of the Manhattan chapter of NARGS, Nina Lambert said that
one should try to keep that single leaf going for as long as possible to
maximize the size of the bulb before dormancy sets in.
