This is of European origin.It grows to 4ft. One of a large famoly, the
spurges and related to crown of thorns. Propogation (wulfenii) is
normally by seeds, but cuttings would seem worth a try. As you say she
sap is pisonous so be very careful. I have only tried the crown of
thorns for cuttings, on this you let the cut ends dry thoroughly for a
day or two and then pot up normally.
