Nan,

Without knowing exactly which plants you've started, I would take them off
the mat after they have the 2nd set of leaves. Most warm weather plants
will grow pretty well in cooler soil temps. All except perhaps peppers and
eggplant, they'll sulk in very cool soil. You can leave them on the heat
mat until air temps rise enough to keep the soil a little warmer.
