It will explain Sunset zones vs. USDA zones.  Be sure to click on "About USDA
Hardiness Zones" because at the bottom of that page is useful information for
those who live outside North America.  

For those of us in the USA, right below that, in purple print, is "Locate
Your Zone."  This is the nifty little page where all we have to do is type in
our Zip Code and we will be told all about our USDA zone.
