I started germinating my pansies in January for spring sowing in the
garden. They take a long time to grow for spring flowering. I tried the
dark room bit and had poor success. I sowed my two flats under lights at 70
degrees and they seem to be doing fine. I water from the bottom and mist in
the am. They are slow growing but I hope to give me wife and neighbors
about 75 good plants. Beats the heck out of $1.75 each @ K-mart.
