Tree tomato

I brought back from Ecuador (I have an import permit), some seeds of
what they called a "tree tomato". It grows about 4-5 feet tall and is
obviously a perennial down there. The fruit is "Roma" shaped and we had
it served as juice and it was delicious. I have germinated the seeds
and have large plants almost 10 inches tall--but can't put them out
yet. Wonder if anybody can tell me what they might be and if there is
any special care for them.
