I just looked up Lobelia cardinalis in Norman Deno's book, he doesn't
address 'Queen Victoria', but I believe it is a hybrid of cardinalis. He
recommends 70 F and light to germinate cardinalis. He doesn't mention
prechilling. Let us know how you end up doing it and if it works %^). Marilyn
