Hi Jean Marie,
I too tried growing Primroses from seeds for a long time but never could get
them to germinate. Finally I bought myself a book called "From Seed To
Bloom" (which is really excellent) and I followed the instruction and was
successful with growing them. Here's what the book says: If you are sowing
them inside: Place seeds in a plastic bag together with moist growing
medium and refrigerate for 3 weeks. Then provide light and
60-65 F. It really does work!
