I've been starting some perennials from seeds this spring, and I'm
having some success with the Balloon Flower and Columbine, but I can't
seem to get the Coneflowers to germinate.  Anyone have any advice for
Coneflower?  They are one of my favorites.  Any help will be greatly
appreciated.  There are 3 different kinds I'm trying (purple, prairie,
and white).
