Artemesia can be propagated from cuttings taken
June-July. 4-5 leaf fully developed. Prefer to take cuttings
from the lower portion of the plant (base).

Totally immerse the cuttings into aqueous solution of IBA at
100-150ppm IBA (IE: 2-3 Rhizopon AA Water Soluble Tablets
per liter of water)
take a look at
http://www.hortus.com/WST.htm

Or use dry dip powder IBA rooting hormones
at 0.3 to 0.8% IBA
take a look at
http://www.hortus.com/drydip.htm

Then take care of the cuttings

good luck
