The previous post (>>) which you (>) are answering, does not indicate if
the seeds have been left 'stratifying', or just in a packet, in the fridge.
Neither should lead to a loss of viability. In fact, seeds stored dry, in
a fridge, should actually be fresher than ones left indoor (heated) at room
temperature.
The 'refrigerator stratification' process (seed sown on a moist growing
medium and placed in the fridge) is akin to what most seeds in 'nature' go
through.....Even tropical seeds should not be bothered by such treatment;
think about all those tomatoes that come up as 'volunteers' every spring in
a veggie garden.
