Larry,
I don't know about the water temp. for your plants and fish, but all
water
has oxygen as it is made up of hydrogen and oxygen: H2O, remember?>>
Larry was speaking of gaseous oxygen (O2) dissolved in the water, not
the oxygen atoms chemically bound in the water's make-up (H2O).
Dissolved oxygen is available to water breathing animals. Oxygen
chemically bound into the water is only available to photosynthetic
organisms (plants) which release this oxygen as a "waste" product.
