What's a farden? re: GA3

<< I couldn't come by any, and a botanist from the Royal BC Museum
 suggested taking a handful of leaves, last year's, from the untidier
 parts of the farden, shredding them in the blender with a bit of water
 and using them in the seeding medium.  It worked, too!
