Well, you didn't give a whole lot of information.
I usually wet my growing medium with a solution of water and fertilizer, i.e.
something like Peter's 20-20-20. That way as soon as my seedling emerge they
have a small amount of fertilizer available to them. I believe that
yellowing leaves is usually a sign of poor nutrition. Most of the mixtures
today have "no" nutrientes in them, so you could easily starve your seedlings
to death.
