Alyssum 'Rosie O'Day'

I am trying to grow Alyssum 'Rosie O'Day' - the seeds have germinated
(about two weeks ago), but have done nothing since.  I have them under
lights 16 hours per day, watering when dry, but haven't started
fertilizing because they do not yet have their "true" leaves.

Is it typical of these seedlings to do this?  Or am I doing something
wrong?
