Hi Karen,
I get my #3 rooting hormone at a regular seed store or garden center. Here
in Alberta they call it "Stim-root". Stim-root #1 is for softwood cuttings,
#2 for semi-hardwood and #3 for hardwood. It costs about $3.75 for 25grams.
