Hi everyone, miss me? (giggle)
Can anyone explain the difference between overwatering and
hydroponics? Is the answer simply aeration, or is there more to it than
that, that the average gardener might want to consider?
I am also wondering if anyone knows of a safe systemic to use on
various comestibles (that you might eat) that arrive (usually from
outdoors) with mealybug or red spider actually IN them, as opposed to on
them where they would be washed off. These two in particular have been
messing rather severely with my propogation of plants in the past
several years.
(I am hoping Plectranthus hilliardii <ex Logee's> will be
propogatable by cuttings in water like many Plectranthuses, it showed
remarkable immunity to both mealies and red spider and is still alive to
prove it...)
Good gardening!
