One more question on this.
For years I understood that it was a node which rooted most easily.
This technique uses the blank internodal area. As I understand it there
is only one node on the cutting; the one just above the growing medium.
So two questions:
1. Why does this technique produce superior results?
2. Why does this technique work best with clematis?
