Now that it's starting to get hot here in Atlanta, I'm thinking about what to plant this fall. I'd like to start pansies inside and transfer them into the garden but don't know which month to start the seeds. In October I see such nice big plants with plenty of flowers at the nurseries: so when did they start their plants? Also, I'd like to know which annuals / perennials seeds that are best sown directly in the ground in the fall as opposed to the spring. Thanks. Anthony Gal agal@emory.edu
