Thanks so much for the info on hellebore seeds. I have one further
question. Once the seeds have germinated, you said H. orientalis usually
germinates before much frost. Is it necessary to protect the young
seedlings? I'm presuming that they will survive without protection since
they seem to do just fine at the feet of the mother. Just one additional
question, can large clumps be divided or do they resent having their roots
disturbed.
Again, thanks for the time you have spent. Always a pleasure to learn from
someone such as yourself! Shall check out your new book.
