try using diatamacious earth. spread a small amount around the plants. work
it into the soil slightly. this is a natural product made from diatoms from
the ocean floor. they have glass shells, these  are harvested. when the
grubs crawl on them it cuts them up!!!!!!!          good luck, chris.
