So are you saying that you can just take a cutting from an impatien plant and root it in water ? So far I have much luck with Coleus I'm hoping to keep them alive all winter in water so I can have them in Spring for my out door garden.....Does any one know how to start cuttings from a Exacum (Arabian Violet) for the book says that ones they have flowered they are had to or next to impossible to keep alive but cuttings can be taken Thank so much Mary the northern part of GA
