Are thre any Peonies -tree type perhaps- that would grow in zone
9.Equivalent to south Florida.
I adore the flowers I have seen in England and would love to grow one.
I would like to buy small quantities of aluminum envelopes that you can
heat seal.
I can buy 50,000 but would like smaller numbers.
