I recently visited The Fairchild Tropical Garden in Miami and noticed
they had a nice way of labelling their trees, shrubs and sometimes their
tropical flowers: hanging on some metal wire was a alluminium tag,
embossed from the backside with genus, species etc. They were various
sizes and some looked allready years old, some looked as if only just
made. I tried to get some information from their technical dept. but
because it was weekend, nobody answered. I also tried to find something
similar at Home Depot but no luck. Back in Europe I tried to find
something like this, but sofar no luck.
Maybe someone in the USA can telephone the Fairchild Tropical Garden and
let us know as well.
