Hi Penny,
I have found that most people are glad to share seed and
seedlings that they would have normally just thrown or pull
and thrown away. In fact I have been offered seedlings by
neighbors of those people I have asked if I could have some
seeds when they asked me what I was doing. They are glad to
give them away.
